International patients can request a consultation appointment by phone as well as by email. We also offer the option of a video consultation.
For planning and preparation of appointments, it is necessary to provide the following information in advance by email in addition to the appointment request:
- photos of both ears (sample images)
- if necessary, hearing tests
- full name of patient and parent, date of birth, residential address
- if necessary, computer tomography (CT) of the temporal bone (data transfer via cloud)
